DZH type biomass pellet fired steam boiler is a horizontal
three-return water-fire tube type boiler. A row of water-cooled
wall tubes are arranged on the left and right sides of the furnace,
and two sets of tube bundles are arranged in the drum to form two
return paths. The boiler has sufficient heating surface and is
equipped with a tail heating surface economizer. It is equipped
with drums and induced draft fans for mechanical ventilation.
Layered combustion.
This biomass steam boiler has high automation level, automatic
adjustment of boiler feed water, high and low water level alarm,
low water level interlock protection, and interlocking protection
of lead and blower. Auxiliary auxiliary equipment is complete.
Structure
Technical features:
(1) The arch tube tube and the threaded tobacco tube are used to
form the drum tube, so that the drum tube is changed from the
quasi-steel body to the quasi-elastic body structure, the pulling
members of the tube plate area are eliminated, and the stress is
reduced. The pipe in the tube plate was changed from two return
strokes to a single return stroke, which solved the problem of
cracks in the tube sheet.
(2) The lower part of the drum is arranged with the rising pipe
row, which eliminates the dead water area at the bottom of the
drum, so that the sludge is not easy to deposit, and the high
temperature zone of the drum can be well cooled, preventing the
lower drum of the drum.
(3) The high-efficiency heat transfer thread pipe is used to obtain
the effect of enhanced heat transfer, which achieves the
characteristics of heating and boosting the boiler, and improves
the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
(4), compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, the
external size is small, saving investment in the boiler house
infrastructure.

Fault alarm and safety protection
The control system can monitor the current working condition of the
steam boiler in real time, and carry out real time and
comprehensive intelligent fault identification and processing.The
control system can diagnose and deal with the following faults in
real time:
High steam pressure protection: when the steam overpressure in the
pot, the control system immediately enters the chain, and the sound
and light alarm, the screen shows "high steam pressure".After the
fault is eliminated, press the reset key to remove the chain.
Water shortage protection in the boiler: when the water level of
the boiler is extremely low due to the pump failure or other
reasons, the control system will immediately turn off the power
supply of the induced draft fan and enter the chain, and the sound
and light alarm will be given, and the screen will show the water
level is extremely low.After the fault is eliminated, press the
reset key to remove the chain.
Boiler water level is too high: when the water level in the boiler
is higher than the upper warning level, the sound and light alarm
will be given."Ultra-high water level in the pot" prompts, and the
display prompts drainage.Automatic recovery after fault
elimination, stop the pump and keep the furnace.
Pump motor overload: heat relay action when the pump motor
overflows, cut off the power supply of the pump motor and stop the
pump, which is realized by hardware.
Power failure: when power failure occurs, the control system will
immediately turn off the power of all equipment in the cabinet
where the power failure occurs.When the power is restored, the
cabinet will automatically be off duty. It is necessary to restart
the machine and start all the devices to ensure the safety of the
equipment.
