WNS series oil&gas steam boiler adopts horizontal three-pass
wet-back structure,,equipped with international first-level brand
burners and valve groups,and independently developed high-matching
PLC control system to realize muitiple linkages.

Steam Boiler Feature
1.Special Structure and High Efficiency: All system is well mounted
on the base, its system is portable. The users no need to consider
the pipeline installation, wire connection. After receiving the
goods, just supply water, electricity, fuel. It is equipped with
renowned brand burners (BALTUR, RIELLO, HOFAMAT, ECOFLAM), also
finned tube type economizer can ensure boiler’s thermal efficiency
up to 95%.
2.High Quality Control: In manufacturing processes, we has adopting
steel strength test, automatic steel cutting plate rolling/
welding, 100% x-ray welding check, magnetic particle check c-scan
ultrasonography Ultrasound check, fluorescent penetrating check,
hydraulic (water) pressure test, boiler thermal efficiency
test,etc, to make sure all finished products is qualified.
3.Automatic Safe Operation: industrial steam boiler is equipped
automatic burner ignition, automatic water-level control, automatic
pressure control, automatic interlock chain stop protection, free
settable working pressure, free settable ON/OFF time, visible
system’s working states on screen.
4.Easy Maintenance: horizontal steam boiler uses full water back
tube-sheets instead of traditional dry back tube-sheet, can avoid
the dry-fire broken, reduce the range of steel cooling contraction
and hotting expansion. Also, we adopting openable smoke-boxes,
users can replace the broken fire-tubes conveniently.

Application
Natural gas fired steam boiler is being widely used in hospitals,

Electronic Control System
1. Use Siemens and other international brands of PLC and other
automation controllers as the control core
2. Adopt the peripheral components of major international brands to
realize a high-quality fully automatic control system
3. Real-time collection of various parameters such as inlet and
outlet temperature and pressure and centralized display in the
control cabinet in real time
4. Through closed-loop control systems such as PID to ensure the
stable operation of the boiler under various parameters set by the
user
5. Monitor the working range of each group of data, remind or alarm
for various abnormalities, which is convenient for users to use and
maintain

Executive Standard
1. Design, manufacture, assembly, experiment and acceptance of
boilers in strict accordance with industry standards, including but
not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 Boiler Shell
Boiler, TSG G0001 Boiler Safety Design Supervision Code, GB50273
Boiler Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, which ensures
the safety and reliability of the boiler.
3. Welding materials shall be selected according to NB/T47018. Full
penetration welding with argon protection shall be performed on the
boiler tube.
