This thermal oil boiler takes heat carries oil as medium and uses
the hot oil circulating pump force the medium to make liquid
circluation ,then the thermal energy will be transmitted to the
devices and back to furnace to be reheated. so the boiler can get

Heat Transfer Fluid heaters (hot oil heater) to oil (gas) as fuel
to oil as medium, using hot oil circulation pumps mandatory medium
for liquid circulation, the energy delivery device and then return
to Heat re-heating furnace with low pressure in the working
temperature was high, and can run on medium high-precision control.
System with high thermal efficiency, due to the overall module
installation, operation and easy maintenance, is a safe, efficient,
energy saving ideal choice for heating equipment.
Fuel oil (gas) from the burner flame after ignition temperature
generated within the coil to form into the radiation heating
surface, through the internal coil rotated by 180 into the rear
forward, the foreign control of the mezzanine area convection
heating surface. Then enter the upper mezzanine, the outer coil of
the second mezzanine area, in the second mezzanine area to the rear
of the chimney into the atmosphere.
Technique data:
Rated thermal power is 0.12Mw (10×104kcal/h) to 14Mw
(1200×104kcal/h).
Design pressure is equal to or greater than 1 Mpa.
Operating temperature is equal to or less than 350°C.
Thermal efficiency is between 60% and 85% according to the
difference of boiler type.

Free-Installation
The complete boiler system is well skid-mounted on the basement,
also we have done the pipe(valves) connection and wire connection.
After receiving the boiler, user no need to do installation, just
filling the thermal fluid oil, join the fuel and electricity.
