YY(Q)W series oil fired thermal oil boiler is an safe and energy
saving boiler with working characteristics of low working pressure
(0.8 MPa) and high temperature (330℃).
The heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force
heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer
heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for
reheating. Jinzhen Boiler has a mature R&D and design team,
could customize the boilers based on customers’ requirement.
Boiler Features
1. The top of the thermal boiler(hot oil boiler) is equipped with a
top coil tube, which effectively prevents the flame from directly
radiating the rear wall. At the same time, under the premise of a
compact structure, it increases the radiation heating area and
improves the boiler's thermal efficiency.
2. The use of micro positive pressure operation effectively
improves the combustion intensity of the furnace, makes the volume
of the boiler with the same capacity smaller, and eliminates the
air leakage of the furnace and flue of the boiler, and improves the
thermal efficiency of the boiler.
3. Using advanced EDA technology, detailed calculation of furnace
body size, flue gas flow rate, reasonable and full use of flame and
flue gas heat exchange to ensure reliable operation and sufficient
cooling of the boiler, and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency.
4. The use of high-efficiency condensation technology effectively
reduces the temperature of exhaust gas and improves the thermal
efficiency of the boiler.
5. Adopt reasonable structure design and excellent refractory and
heat insulation materials, greatly reduce the surface temperature
of the furnace body, make the surface temperature lower than 50
degrees (higher than the national standard), reduce heat loss, and
improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
6.Adopt a new design to reduce the emission of harmful substances
during fuel combustion, meet the national environmental protection
standards, especially reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, and
meet the national low nitrogen emission standards.

Thermal oil boiler is a kind of energy saving heating equipment, it
can get a high temperature (around 350℃) under a low working
pressure (0.8MPa). The working medium is hot oil, a circulating
pump forced hot oil circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat
to heat user equipment, then return back to the boiler for
reheating. The fuel could be both oil and gas, based on the

Thermal Oil Boiler For Hot Press takes diesel, gas, town gas as
fuel. Three pass and wet back structure enhance it's thermal
efficiency and lower flue gas temperature. Thicker insulated
material layer makes radiating at minimum limit.
All boilers are assembly structure which is easy for installation
by just connecting system device by pipes. Intelligent system
control makes boiler operation easier and more simple. Controller
with imitation screen display has auto igniting, burning,
circulation pumps control, alarm, etc. functions.
