new DZH biomass steam boiler is a single fire tube boiler.The
combustion equipment is movable grate.The water cooling walls on
the left and right sides of the furnace are radiant heating
surfaces, and the flue pipes on the two wings and the threaded flue
pipes in the pot barrel are convective heating surfaces.The front
and rear furnace walls and the water cooling walls on both sides
are constructed with firebrick.
The technology of arched tube plate and threaded flue pipe is
adopted to solve the problems of tube plate crack, drum bulge, low
thermal efficiency and poor fuel quality adaptability of shell
boiler.
Structure
Combustion process:
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas
from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings
along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on
the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through
the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is
pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by
the induced draft fan.
Technical characteristics
1. Reasonable smoke speed design, the heated surface does not
accumulate dust, does not wear, the boiler heating surface can
maintain high efficiency, full load and safe operation for a long
time under the condition of no soot blowing.
2. All independent circuit design, for the hot water boiler also
uses a reasonable ejector cycle, the medium flow rate in the
heating surface circuit is higher than the national standard
requirements.
3. Inertial separation of soot from the boiler furnace outlet,
effectively reducing the dust concentration of the exhaust and
reducing the wear on the rear heated surface.
4. Compact structure, smaller installation volume than other types
of boilers of the same capacity, shortening the installation period
and reducing the cost of the boiler room.
5.The boiler has a large volume of water, which is conducive to
power failure protection and has a strong ability to adapt to load
changes.
