Waste engine oil /pyrolysis oil can be refined into valuable diesel
oil through catalytic cracking and high temperature distillation
technology. It is a method of separating mixtures based on
differences in volatilities of components in a boiling liquid
mixture. After being distilled by the distillation plant, the oil
may have dark color with bad smell, then we suggest to deep purify
the oil, with Jinzhen matched color and smell removal system, you
will get clean diesel oil as final products with beautiful light
yellow color.
This machine will need one-time catalyst which is produced by our
company only, there is no need to buy from other catalyst factory
as we have the catalyst formula .it is customized.
The pyrolysis oil with black color after distillation and remove
color and smell , we will get synthetic diesel oil with yellow
color,which can be used for diesel engines like trucks , tractors ,
ships etc.

Work process
Using the oil pump to put the waste oil to the main reactor and the
oil will be heated by high temperature and turns to be gas . Going
through the cooling system for cooling down and getting heavy
diesel here.

Technological Process
Raw oil after dewater process goes into reactor. Heating, gasifying
and cooling to get petrol and diesel component.
After heating and gasifying, Petrol gas expels from top outlet of
catalyze tower, and goes into petrol storage tank after cooling
through
condenser.Then inject petrol into another big storage tank.
After heating and gasifying, Diesel gas expels from top outlet of
catalyze tower, and goes into diesel storage tank after cooling
through
condenser. Then inject diesel into another big storage tank.
Distilled diesel after treatment by oil reconcile tank,will
becoming fuel oil with high quality.
A little of flammable gas go through medium tank and into exhaust
gas treatment equipment to be processed. And then go through water
deal
into furnace to burn.
