WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a boiler shell
type 3 passes wetback oil/gas fired boiler. After fuel is being
atomized by burner, flame is full of the wave furnace and transfer
heat via furnace wall, this is 1st pass; the high temperature smoke
is collected in reversal chamber and then enters 2nd pass which is
grooved tubes bundle area; after heat convection, air temperature
gradually falls and goes to front smoke box and turn to 3rd pass,
which is smooth tubes bundle area, and then enters chimney passing
back smoke box and exhausted to the atmosphere.
Diesel steam boiler adopts horizontal three return wet back
structure,which improves boiler operation environment, boiler
efficiency and service life; all the flue gas pipes are arranged in
the water, the tail part is equipped with a waste heat water tank
and sound insulation external packing design, gas chamber is sealed
with labyrinth type structure,which can avoid gas leakage
phenomenon in the gas chamber.

| 1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler? |
| Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel.
The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil,
bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel
could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc. |
| 2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel? |
| Steam boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel
burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’
requirement. |
| 3. What is the thickness of combustion chamber? |
| the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working
pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between
10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient. |

| The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler,
for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about
8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa. |
