This steam boiler is custom’s first choose as for an equipment of
low pressure with high temperature. It is fired with oil or gas and
used steam as heat carrier. The boiler supplies the heating with a
close cycle. It carries the hot steam to the heat-transfer
equipment then back to the boiler or go out. It has a widespread
use on various fields.
Performance Advantages
1. High Efficiency boiler
1) Equipped with specific burner, high automation and combustion
efficiency, low NOx emission.
2) Increases the layout of horizontal fins and vertical fins based
on the boiler capacity, combustion gas flows among the water tube
bundle at a high speed, excellent heat convection and fast heat
transfer efficiency.
3) By equipping with economizer, make full use of the heat of flue
gas, decrease the exhaust smoke temperature, the thermal efficiency
increase to as high as 96%.
2. Full Automatic Control
1) The burner is full automatic, stable operation.
2) Full automatic interlock protection program, has the protection
function of water shortage, over pressure, over temperature, gas
leakage, flame out, electric leakage, and phrase-lacking or
overloading of motor, etc.
3. High Safety Performance
1) Complete gas manifolds and protection system, including filter,
pressure regulating valve, and solenoid valve, etc., to ensure the
safety performance of fuel.
2) Reliable boiler auxiliaries and multiple safety protection
devices, such as pressure controller, pressure transmitter, water
level alarm, safety valve, etc.
4. High Quality
1) All the materials has quality certificate, uses full automatic
CO2 welding, NDT test and hydraulic pressure will be done for all
boilers to ensure the quality.
2) The preheater uses seamless steel pipes, which are treated by
sand blasting and hot-dip galvanizing, lengthen the working life.
5. Centralized Control
Several boilers could be used in parallel, and controlled
centrally. Moreover, the centralized controller could record the
downtime, location, evaporation capacity, fuel consumption, water
volume, steam pressure, water tube temperature, exhaust smoke
temperature, etc.

WNS type automatic steam boiler is equipped with industrial burners
with good technical performance. It adopts advanced technologies
such as automatic proportional regulation of combustion, automatic
regulation of water supply, program start and stop, automatic
operation, etc. It also has automatic protection functions such as
high and low water level alarm, extremely low water level,
ultra-high steam pressure and flameout.The boiler has the

SAFETY FEATURES
Real-time monitoring of water level: Electronic water-level
detecting device
Water shortage protection: The combustion control system power will
be cut off when there is water shortage along with alarm.
Leakage protection: The power will be cut off when there is leakage
detected by the control system.
Over pressure protection: When the pressure is over the preset
value, the combustion control system power will be cut off along
with alarm.
Steam Safety Valve automatically opens to reduce pressure should
excessive steam cause pressure build-up.
Steam Pressure Gauge allows visual observation of steam pressure
over full range.
Manual Reset Pressure Control provides high limit pressure cut-out
with manual reset.
Complete gas manifolds and protection system for gas boiler:
Strainer, pressure regulating valve and magnetic valve
Flue gas monitoring device can detect the flue gas temperature
automatically.
Scope of application:
1. Industrial user : pharmaceutical, paper, tobacco , printing and
dyeing , garment and other industries ;
2. Civil: catering , laundry, ( hospital ) disinfection, sauna ,
etc ;
3. By steam - water heat exchanger for heating systems ( air

4. Provide power for the lithium bromide absorption chiller

| 1. What are the available fuel for the oil gas fired boiler? |
| Oil gas fired boiler could burn both liquid fuel and gaseous fuel.
The liquid fuel could be heavy oil, light oil, diesel, furnace oil,
bunker oil, LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), etc. The gaseous fuel
could be natural gas, city gas, bio-gas, etc. |
| 2. Whether the boiler can burn dual fuel or multi-fuel? |
| Steam boiler have oil burner, gas burner, and oil&gas dual fuel
burner, we can offer the specific burner based on customers’
requirement. |

| the thickness of corrugated furnace is different based on working
pressure and furnace diameter, generally, the thickness is between
10~18mm, large combustion space, and combustion sufficient. |

| The inlet gas pressure is different for different capacity boiler,
for example, the pressure for 2 ton steam capacity boiler is about
8~10KPa, while for 4 ton steam capacity boiler is about 18~20KPa. |
