DZL type chain grate coal fired steam boiler is a kind of
horizontal three-return water and fire pipe mixed steam boiler,
which is arranged with a bunch of threaded smoke pipe inside the
boiler barrel.The left and right sides of the furnace chamber are
equipped with water cooling walls of light pipes.It adopts light
chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with
blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and
equipped with scraper type slag discharge machine to realize
automatic slag discharge.The front and rear arch of the steam
boiler adopts new energy saving technology.After the fuel falls on
the grate from the coal sill and enters the furnace for combustion,
the flame, through the refraction of the rear arch, turns upward
through the burning Chambers on both sides of the body and turns to
the front smoke box, and then turns back to the tube bundle in the
pot by the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear
smoke box, and then is pumped by the induced draft fan to the air
through the flue to the chimney.

Strength calculation report with applied materials information;
100% NDT(non-destructive inspection) report of steel plate, tube
and welding rod;
100% X-ray inspection report (welding seam): to ensure the quality
of the entire boiler;
Hydraulic test report: ensure the standard working pressure and
safety;
Third-party inspection report: by Zhoukou Institute of Special
Equipment Inspection & Technical Research (China official).
When DZL type chain grate horizontal quick loading steam boiler
leaves the factory, the package is as follows:
1. The steam boiler is composed of boiler body, chain grate coal
hopper, fire hole, fire door, front and rear smoke box, furnace
wall and insulation layer.
2. Speed regulating box driving device, including motor, etc.
3. Blower: includes motor, blower seat, inlet pipe, etc.
4. Induced draft fan: including motor, bearing seat and flue
connecting pipe, etc.
5. Scraper slag remover: including motor.
6. Escalators and railings.
7. Dust collector: including dust collector bracket, dust collector
bucket, anchor bolt, etc.
8. The chimney.
9. Water supply equipment and valve instruments, pipe parts.
Electric control cabinet.
11. Coal loading machine :(optional).
12. When two or more boilers are installed at the same time, it
shall be noted that the marks (factory number of the boiler) on the
components such as the blower (including the blower seat and
interface) and the induced draft fan (including the air inlet tube)
and the economizer are the same as those on the boiler.
13. With the furnace documents: there are two copies of general
drawing, main body, body, barrel, furnace wall, pipe instrument
valve, insulation layer, foundation drawing, chain grate, platform
escalator, chimney, fragile parts drawing and pressure component
strength calculation, installation instructions, boiler general
list, and one copy of product quality inspection certificate.
