DZH type steam boiler body for the "A" structure, uniform heating
surface, and the use of A certain radian, elastic, easy to expand
and shrink the water wall pipe and strengthen the heat transfer of
the screw pipe smoke pipe, the maximum to ensure the safety and
efficiency.The pot shell, tube plate and other pressurized parts
are elastic or quasi-elastic, which can improve the stress state to
the greatest extent.The wing-shaped flue structure is adopted on
both sides of the pot shell, which can effectively reduce the heat
deviation of the system and ensure the heat transfer of the system
is efficient and stable.The lower part of the boiler body is
provided with an ascending tube, and there is no stagnant water in
the pot, which can effectively solve the overburning and bulging at
the bottom of the pot shell.The system itself has a certain
self-dedusting ability to meet the increasingly stringent
environmental requirements.
Structure
Combustion process:
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas
from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings
along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on
the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through
the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is
pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by
the induced draft fan.
Main features of biomass fired steam boiler
1. There are three coal feeding methods: hydraulic push, manual
drive and chain drive.
